Kawatake acts in accordance with the “Charter of Corporate Behavior” as an affiliated company of Japan Capacitor Industrial co.,ltd (JCC).

1. As a trading company, we will establish the quality and environmental management system to meet the demands about the quality and environment of our stakeholders surrounding us through the sales and provision of the products and services and make an effort to improve customer satisfaction and engage in environmental conservation activities.

Information Security Policy
Kawatake Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is committed to protecting its information assets from threats such as accidents, disasters, and criminal acts. In order to meet the trust and expectations of our customers and society, the Company will promote information security initiatives company-wide based on the following policy.
1. Management Responsibility
The Company shall ensure that information security is managed systematically and continuously, with leadership and commitment from top management
2.Establishment of Organizational Structure
The Company shall establish an organizational structure to maintain and continuously improve information security and shall define information security measures as formal internal rules and regulations.
3.Employee Responsibilities and Engagement
The Company’s employees shall acquire the necessary knowledge and skills required for information security and shall ensure the effective implementation of information security initiatives.
4.Compliance with Legal and Regulatory Requirements
The Company shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations related to information security, and shall meet the expectations of its customers.
5.Management of Information Security Incidents
The Company shall respond appropriately to any violations of laws or contractual obligations related to information security, as well as to information security incidents, and shall take measures to prevent their recurrence.
